The Great Race runs regular prize draws exclusively for our subscribers. As a subscriber to The Great Race digital magazine service, you automatically earn entries into our prize draws just by maintaining your subscription.

This is a trade promotion operated by Formula Corporation Pty Ltd trading as The Great Race (ABN: [To be inserted]) of 10 Emeri St, Stapylton QLD 4207, Australia.

Who Can Enter

Entry is only open to:

• Australian residents aged 18 years or older
• Holders of a valid, paid subscription to The Great Race
• Persons not excluded from trade promotions by any regulatory authority

Ineligible Persons

The following persons are not eligible to enter:

• Directors, officers, employees, and contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families
• Holders of complimentary or gift subscriptions
• Residents of states/territories where the draw has not received necessary permits

State-Specific Requirements

Some draws may be excluded from certain Australian states due to permit requirements. For prizes over $3,000, NSW, ACT, and SA may require permits. Any exclusions will be clearly stated on the draw announcement.

Earning Entries

Entries are earned automatically through subscription:

• Monthly Subscribers: 1 entry per month of active subscription
• Annual Subscribers: 12 entries upon subscription, plus 1 entry per subsequent month

Entry Accumulation

Entries accumulate over time while your subscription remains active. The longer you stay subscribed, the more entries you have, increasing your chances of winning.

Entry Invalidation

Entries will be invalidated if:

• Your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or expires
• Your subscription payment fails and is not rectified within the grace period
• You become ineligible under these terms

Draw Types

• Monthly Draws: Held each month for entries accumulated that period
• Annual Mega Draw: All entries from the year enter the grand prize draw
• Special Draws: Promotional draws announced with specific entry periods

Selection Method

Winners are selected using a Cryptographically Secure Pseudo-Random Number Generator (CSPRNG). This method uses hardware-generated random numbers that cannot be predicted, manipulated, or influenced. The selection is fully audited with records maintained for regulatory compliance.

Fairness Guarantee

Each draw is conducted electronically with full audit logging. The random seed, selection algorithm, and winning position are recorded and can be verified by relevant regulatory authorities upon request.

Prize Delivery

Cash prizes are delivered via bank transfer to a verified Australian bank account. Alternative prize delivery methods may be offered at the Promoter's discretion.

Prize Conditions

How Winners Are Notified

Winners are notified via email to the address registered with their account. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details are accurate and up-to-date.

Claiming Your Prize

To claim your prize, you must:

1. Respond to the winner notification within 14 days
2. Verify your identity (driver's licence or passport)
3. Confirm Australian residency
4. Provide bank account details for prize transfer

Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim within 14 days, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be re-drawn and awarded to an alternative eligible winner.

Privacy

Personal information is collected for the purpose of conducting the competition. Information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Winner names and general location may be published on our website.

Promoter's Decisions

The Promoter's decisions regarding the competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or use of any prize.

Modification

The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time, subject to applicable permit conditions and regulatory requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
